Wintery "Christmas Barn" in muted pastels

I love the look of white on white cards, they seem so elegant so I thought I would try something similar with the "Christmas Barn' bundle. Since the barn image isn't embossed with it's die cut I stamped it in Gray Granite and then die cut it. You can use this technique with other scenic stamps and dies. (Just discovered that the supply of this stamp set is out and will not be carried over, sorry :-( , but the die cuts are still available and at a reduced, this happens this time of year)

I stamped the trees in Soft Seafoam on Basic White and die cut them out. The silo is also die us embossed when die cut and the fence is also die cut out of Basic White, There are two fences in this die set and one does coordinate with the stamp set.

I wanted an embossed background and the Whimsical Woodlands in the July to Dec 2022 Mini catalog was just a little too "cute" (and since my video this morning is sold out) so I used a retired embossing folder from last year (Evergreen Forest).I really do try not to use retired products. I know how frustrating it can be to see something that's no longer available.

I mentioned during the video that I used the wreath from the Tree Lots dies set that was from the July - December Sale-a-bration catalog, since it was smaller. Here is a photo showing the different in sizes between the one I used and the one that comes with the "Barn" die set.
