Truffles Anyone?
I'm in the throes of creating items for the one and only craft fair the I participate in, in November. I think it started, as many of them, on the day of deer opener, which has always been big in Minnesota. This gave the wives, who don't hunt something that they could also look forward to.
This year, I overbought on some candy and rather than return it, I decided to pair it with some gusseted, cellophane bags, that I bought accidently. It happens, what can I say.
Then a couple days ago I got my Stampin' Up!© order and in it was a stamp set that was on my list that I finally broke down and bought. And I AM SO GLAD that I did. I'll probably be doing a Tuesdays At Two Facebook Live on it soon. It's the Frosted Gingerbread Bundle. Wow, I tried this out with some Kraft paper that I had and white embossing powder and they so look like real iced, gingerbread cookies!
So all of these things went into this little craft item. I also had some blue tissue paper with a bit of glitter on it, so I used it for the bottom of the bag to give it a little color.
Here are the bags and the bundle:
I also stamped on the back of the snowflake.
The ribbon is also from the current catalog BASKET WEAVE & METALLIC RIBBON COMBO PACK and is currently on the Clearance rack for $4.80 for two spools of ribbon and each spool has 10 yards! Pretty good deal!
Well, back to the craft room! More later! Oops! I just remembered, I have to find a place to stamp "Stampin' Up!©" someplace on this item to be in compliance with the Angel Policy. This applies to anyone (demonstrators and customers) who uses Stampin' Up!© stamp sets, paper, dies, punches etc. for items that they sell. Here's a link for you on that. ANGEL POLICY
