Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite Treats!

I'm seriously in LOVE with the Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite. My only regret is that I didn't order the whole suite, initially. I've since ordered the rest of the suite. The beauty of ordering the whole suite is that you use only ONE item number. Find this sweet suite on pages 8 & 9 of the 2021 July - December Mini Catalog!

When I started playing with it yesterday to make some samples for my video, my mind went on OVERLOAD, with ideas. So, had to stop and take it a bite at a time, first by making this video.

Today, and the days to come, I'm going to make samples to share with you, hopefully using a most the elements in this fun and inspiring suite.

I love the die cuts that coordinate with the Gingerbread & Peppermint DSP. Even though there are several sheets with "cookies" on them (ornaments, stars, snowflakes and bells) there are slight differences, in color. The only two "cookies" that you will have to fussy cute are the Christmas trees and the gingerbread mittens.

I can't wait to play with the stamps, and stamp them on the Kraft paper with VersaMark and white embossing powder, and heat emboss them. They will look just like cookies especially if you sponge the outside edges with Soft Suede or Early Espresso.

The Memories and More pack has 4 adorable sheets with stickers on them, I especially love the pancake turners and the oven mitts! It also has some cute cards for journaling, making quick and easy cards and layering for other cards.

The DSP also has little candies that you can die cut to embellish your cards. So sweet those little starlight mints. You can also stamp some and die cut them on regular Basic White cardstock, in whatever color your little heart desires! I also love the "icing" on the "gingerbread" paper! So yummy!
