Christmas Shadowbox Samplers
Last summer I bought some shadow box frames with the intention of doing them for the craft fair. But.... alas... I didn't get to them until now. Well at three of them.
I saw a sample on Pinterest for this first one "Snow". I changed it up a bit. I replace the "O" with a snowflake. It's hard to see here, but the snowflake is die cut from blue glitter paper. There are also 3 small snowflakes that are die cut from white glimmer paper.
This next one was the first one I did. I changed the background layer a little, it's a little wider. This one has the "O" that was in the one I saw for the Snow shadowbox. The "O" is made with some garland that I found in a local craft store. The original, which was from a few years ago, used the Mini Boxwood Wreaths. that Stampin' Up!© had. I used a little of the red ribbon that is trimmed in gold, in our current Mini Catalog. There is a little glare, sorry. It looks like a couple of big glue dots! LOL. If I did this one again, I would use Old Olive or Mossy Meadow for the background layer. I used Evening Evergreen.
This last one might be my favorite. Noel. It's hard to tell in the photo, but the poinsettias are die cut from our Red Velvet cardstock and die cut with the Poinsettia Petals dies. I love these dies. The flower is embossed when it is die cut. The flower has 3 rhinestones from the Holiday Rhinestones pack. I used a little gold foil for the little branch.
The layer that the letter are on is embossed with the retired Snowfall embossing folder, but you could use whatever you have in your stash.
The letters are also back with a letter of the same background layer and then popped up with Dimensionals.
The will be available in my online store, in this website.
Thanks for stopping by!
